We had an issue with a faulty fire alarm going off, and Michael came to our home after hours to take care of it. ROME NEEDS TO RUN A MASTER’S CLASS ON THIS. We’ve had the system for almost two years and had no idea what its capabilities actually were, just as is. Highly appreciated all his help and and knows the best ways to connect and explain how to fix in the future. Helps if your a little tech savy, but he could get you up to speed! Tend tech holds its name!
